We recently acted for 28 sellers on the sale of an entire strata complex to a developer with a single settlement date for a combined aggregate sale price of approximately $30 million.  The transaction was extremely complex and involved 28 different option agreements, and sale contracts and a simultaneous settlement.  Despite having to liaise with 28 separate owners, we were able to complete the transaction on time, receiving a larger number of compliments from our satisfied clients.
